Marco Island Weather 10 Day: Chilly Start Gives Way to Sunshine and Weekend Showers

Residents and visitors can expect a dramatic swing in temperatures, with crisp nights in the 40s leading to milder days and a brief, windy interruption this weekend.

A brisk northern wind is making its presence felt across Marco Island, kicking off a varied and dynamic 10-day forecast for the area.

Tonight, skies will be partly cloudy as temperatures dip to a chilly 45 degrees, driven by gusty winds that could make it feel even colder.

A significant shift arrives Tuesday, bringing bright, sunny skies and a high of 63 degrees, though the brisk north-northeasterly wind will continue.

The middle of the week promises stable and pleasant conditions for outdoor activities, whether it's shelling at Tigertail Beach or enjoying the local scenery.  Highs will hover in the mid-60s with mostly clear skies on Wednesday and Thursday, though nights will remain cold, with lows steady in the mid-40s.

A noticeable change in the weather pattern is expected by the weekend.

Friday will see increasing clouds with a high near 68 degrees before scattered showers develop late Friday night and into Saturday morning.

Saturday is poised to be blustery, with morning rain showers giving way to windy conditions and a high of only 64 degrees.

This cooler, damp weather could impact plans for those attending the annual Isles of Capri Rummage Sale.

The cooldown intensifies dramatically behind the weekend system.

Sunday's high will struggle to reach 53 degrees under partly cloudy skies, with strong northwesterly winds making for a frigid feel across Collier County.

The start of the following week brings a return to sunshine, but the cold air will linger.  Monday's high is forecast to be just 57 degrees, with clear skies and overnight lows dropping back into the low 40s.

By next Tuesday and Wednesday, a gradual warming trend begins, with temperatures finally climbing back into the mid-60s and low 70s under sunny skies, signaling a return to more typical Southwest Florida winter weather.
